The client is a global IT company based in Sydney CBD, this organization operates in more than 180 countries and has over 5000 employees. This organization has high profile clients and offers opportunities and career progression.

Role
Asset Management encompasses administration, logistics, monitoring repairing and maintenance of IT computer assets and procurement requirements within an organization.

Daily duties include IT asset management, maintenance and dispatch. This role has a large element of tracking, documenting and reporting assets such as logging calls and creating purchase orders. Relationship management with clients and 3rd party vendors regarding asset repair status is a large element of the role.

Essential experience:
- Experience in procurement systems
- Experience in managing IT Assets
- Experience in Office Administration

Skill requirements:
- Administrative ability- filing, documentation, reporting
- Reporting and quotation experience
- Time management and project coordination experience
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
