Ihre Aufgaben:
- The general purpose of the role is to support our client's functions with PV business process development and corresponding documentation
- This role includes working on various topics and process improvement teams with the purpose of providing advice on documentation matters
- Collaborating with Business Process Owners (mainly safety department) and facilitate the development of PV Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide guidance on PV SOPs (content, quality, document lifecycle)
- Conduct process-mapping sessions
- Write and review SOPs
- The position could be based in Basel, but most likely in England
Ihre Qualifikation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific field
- Experience in a PV area (e.g. safety compliance or safety operations) is essential for this position
- Experience in quality or process management. Experience in SOP writing
- Fluent in English
- Solid applied knowledge of procedures, documentation practices and PV regulations
- Robust understanding of global drug development
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills
- Detail but at the same time solution oriented and ability to apply critical thinking
- Project management skills and ability to work effectively and independently
- Ability to simultaneously work on different projects at the same time
- Demonstrated facilitation and decision-making skills
