Person Specification
Key Technical Skills
Knowledge of Management Information processes and practices.
Experience of working with Enterprise Planning/portfolio tools - particularly implementation of Microsoft Project Server 2010 into a Business environment.
Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies and control particularly in a Consultancy application where high levels of utilisation are essential to Business performance.
Preferably worked in an environment where Resource demand is based on Service Delivery Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Traded requirements.
Has extensive experience working with Key Stakeholders in successful implementation of Projects.

Company/Industry Knowledge
Experience of working in a Resource Management environment.

Job Description
Top 4 Major Tasks and Activities:
1) To gain timely awareness of existing Resource Management processes and Business Organisation.
2) To assist the RPM in defining the road map to enable successful implementation of the new Resource Management System- defining the key activities, inputs, outputs, risks and opportunities.
3) To engage with Business Stakeholders to facilitate the sharing of process implementation across the Business.
4) To engage with Supplier envisioning and implementation team as part of the drive towards pilot and final implantation phases.

Additional Key Accountabilities:
As developed with the ongoing demands of the task.

Key Outputs/Deliverables:
Assists in the definition and early stages of Project implementation to the point where processes for final implementation are well established.
