ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a Senior Agile Business Analyst for our decision support platform
Participate in daily scrum
Facilitate and manage monthly agile development sprint planning meetings
Document new features, requirements, and strategies as user stories and acceptance criteria
Work with business owners to prioritize feature development, based on business value
Develop and manage product roadmap
Create biweekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports for management
Follow, track, and report on current and future industry news and trends
Continuously seek opportunities to increase user satisfaction and deepen stakeholder/partner relationships
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Required
2+ years experience as an Agile Business Analyst, developing web-based applications
5+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator of relevant development life cycle experience in systems
Project management experience a huge plus
Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information quickly and tactfully to stakeholders
Ability to balance constantly changing priorities
Experience running large meetings with people from all levels of an organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thrive in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Agile and Scrum training is a plus
Scrum and PMP certification
