My client are a leading service provider who are experiencing continued and rapid growth. They are an international leader in their field and as part of their expansion are looking for an IP Tel Voice Engineer who is ideally a CCVP/CCNA/CCIE. You will be required to join a team of highly technical support engineers and provide solutions for complex Cisco based network infrastructure.
Responsibilities -- Cisco switching, routing and UC/IP TEL support
- Responding 3rd level support requests
- Resolve complex IP telephony based technical issues
- Resolve switching and routing related
Technical Skills -
- CCIE/CCVP Certification
- VCP Certificates would be highly regarded but not a pre requisite
- Experience with UCS/IP Tel support to an enterprise environment
- Solid experience as network Support Engineer (Level 3)
- Experience supporting unified communication products such as CUCM, IPCC, CVP, Voice gateways, CME/CUE and Unity, Call Manager etc
- Experience supporting Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) Routers (SIP to SIP, SIP to H323 etc)
- Any experience supporting FAX or Voice Over IP
- Strong understanding of LAN and WAN infrastructure and Topology
- Strong understanding of Wireless networking
- Strong understanding of network switching and routing principles
