Genesys Specialists

My client is engaging on an exciting new long term project to build a global contact center and is looking to take on Genesys specialists. They are looking for people with expertise on Genesys including experience with framework applications and deep knowledge of Routing, Inbound/Outbound, Scripting & Reporting. Any experience with Avaya Communication Manager would be useful as well as some experience with Cisco Voice Portal & Session Border Controllers. A background of general networking is essential and any database skills on SQL or Oracle as well as some Java or .NET would be nice to have.
