Our client is a major international oil & gas company, operating several large scale offshore LNG projects in Australia. As projects progress, they require a Senior Subsea Systems Engineer to join their Perth team.
This is a great opportunity to work on a landmark project in Australian history in a senior technical role. This could be offered on a staff or contract basis, with excellent remuneration.
Role:
Member of a multiple-discipline project team responsible for detailed design, construction, installation, hook-up, commissioning and start-up of the subsea production system
Principally responsible for technical definition, engineering management and coordination of interfaces with onshore plant, offshore facilities, flow assurance, pipelines and subsea teams
Produce and maintain subsea system P&ID's, PFD's and system related drawings and documents
Required:
Engineering degree
Minimum 10 years experience in subsea engineering
Extensive experience in subsea system design and flow assurance management
Experience following a project from FEED through to operation is essential
Strong experience in subsea equipment procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up
Strong understanding of flow assurance and system design
Experience managing interfaces and coordinating various teams
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to the highest health and safety standards
