Project description:
The objective of the Security Upgrade Program is to replace the current group wide access control solutions with a single common integrated solution.
The preferred solution has already been selected and piloted at a number of location.
This program is focused on the deployment of this solution to all 200 remaining locations within the group. The sites are distributed globally so while primarily based in the Netherlands some international travel is anticipated for this role.
Complexity:
While the solution technical complexity is low, overall programme complexity is Medium because of the geographical distribution and complexities of the group structure.
Role description:
The Global Deployment Manager will be responsible for leading a team of up to 5 project managers located in the various regions who are dedicated to managing the individual deployments at a location level.
The Global Deployment Manager will be accountable for managing the day to day activities of the teams, setting priorities and objectives, programme planning, progrwess tracking and reporting.
The Deployment manager reports to the Programme Manager.
Experience and Qualifications required:
Technical: Experience of physical security solutions is desirable Experience of the Pro-Watch access control solution is desirable.
PMP or PRINCE II certification is required.
Experience of Global programmes is required.
Excellent Stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
Comments: While prior experience of the Pro-Watch solution and Corporate security is desirable, it is not mandatory.
