Our client is a worldwide leader in Networking Technology.  

Our client is looking for a professional in the area of Support/Administration in Krakow, Poland.

The potential candidate should be:

  • Able to work Independently and in team and look after internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Be a quick learner
  • Possess good computer and MS office skills.
  • Have flair for customer service/Help desk, particularly working with internal customers and stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in the area of Customer service/Administration preferably in IT environment would be an added plus.
  • Appreciation of IT and Telecom domain.

Behavioral Competency:

  • The potential candidate is expected to be Proactive, Self driven and Enthusiastic.
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
