Leading company in the Automotive Industry is looking for 2 Sr. Business Analyst's to join a team of 12 Business Analyst's supporting the BA process for all ESO and CRM projects.
The Business Analyst is responsible for working with the business within IT and with effectively communicating the needs and current processes to come up with solutions. The Business Analyst must be able to communicate easily with business owners and users and IT professionals. Candidates must have a good understanding of project management concepts and techniques and should have the skills to execute the activities necessary to reach the project objectives. This role will serve as organizer, facilitator, analyst, and occasionally as a problem solver. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work and contribute in a team environment are essential, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' of relevant experience in a business analysis role.
- 5+ years' experience with relevant software, including: Microsoft Office Applications, MS Project, Visio and business process modelling (BPM) applications.
- Demonstrated leadership experience required in an IT setting.
- Formal software development life cycle (SDLC) experience.
- Experience in working directly with the client or business sponsors.
- Must be well versed in the BA process experience.
- SQL, Queries, SDLC.
- Must be able to work on multiple applications concurrently.
- Must have full life cycle development experience.
- Core BA background.
- Ability to work at all levels of an organization.
- Work on Standardizing the BA process; process experience needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Nice to haves: Java applications and CRM.
- Client will not accept subcontractors
