Description
· Provide Tier I desktop support to onsite and remote end-users on PC hardware, MS Office and other business related applications, printing and basic network issues
· Install, configure and maintain the operation of PCs, laptops and printers, in support of business process requirements. This includes both hardware and software
· Help Desk ticket tracking and follow-ups
· PC Imaging (i.e. Norton Ghost)
· Documentation and System Inventory
· Windows Server/Active Directory and LAN support
· VOIP Phone support
· Occasional evening and weekend availability is required
· May require occasional lifting of IT equipment (<50lbs)
