Our financial services client is seeking an interim Governance Risk and Control Manager to carry out relationship management, assurance, remediation, and risk/control management.
Candidates will ensure controls are in place and operating effectively through strong stakeholder relationships across functional areas. You will have a financial services background, in-depth knowledge of internal and external risk and/or governance and have previous demonstrable experience of control activities within an operational role.
This is a business requirement, supporting quality assurance routines and processes, whilst challenging to ensure all risks and controls are documented and mitigated. Knowledge of Cards and unsecured lending products would be advantageous, as well as operational risk and regulation. You should have project management experience and ideally a relevant risk qualification.
