Sales Co-ordinator

Our client, a leading Specialist Manufacturer in Leicestershire require an Interim Sales Coordinator for the period of 3 months. Our client is offering a very competitive rate

Role Description
  • Receiving telephone enquiries and translating to quotes,
  • Contact management plan to convert quotes to orders,
  • Liaison with operations team and customer to ensure all orders are carried out on time,
  • Completion of all paperwork in accurate, complete and timely manner,
  • To interrogate and interpret data in order to identify sales opportunities,

Key Interactions
  • Work with the operations team to ensure service is delivered,
  • Liaise with other sales team members,
  • Closely work with customers to keep them informed of order progress.

Key Deliverables
  • Achieve targeted quote numbers,
  • Achieve targeted sales numbers,
  • Complete all related administration and paperwork.
