- Receiving telephone enquiries and translating to quotes,
- Contact management plan to convert quotes to orders,
- Liaison with operations team and customer to ensure all orders are carried out on time,
- Completion of all paperwork in accurate, complete and timely manner,
- To interrogate and interpret data in order to identify sales opportunities,
- Work with the operations team to ensure service is delivered,
- Liaise with other sales team members,
- Closely work with customers to keep them informed of order progress.
- Achieve targeted quote numbers,
- Achieve targeted sales numbers,
- Complete all related administration and paperwork.
