Role description
* Manage resourcing process from approval to start providing support to recruiting managers throughout
* Identify suitable roles based on agreed role profiles and using approved sourcing channels
* Provide advice and guidance to business areas on resourcing issues
* Identify opportunities for process efficiency and implement appropriate improvements
