SLA management for transmission leased services.
Scope:
The SLA consultancy service shall deliver an SLA document to the mobile operator (the customer) that specifies the technical Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) applicable for the leased transmission services from company A.
Consultancy will offer a best practice SLA management process with the following key benefits:
o Determine key quality and performance indicator per service.
o Set a baseline quality and performance profile for each service.
o Ability to set targets and identifying the gaps from the baseline
o To designed according to best practice and benchmarked with international standards
o A final report will be delivered at the end of the project with the result and recommendation in addition to the SLA document.
Candidate experience:
Technical SLA, KPIs, Transmission and operations and maintenance. Must have wrote SLA document before
Candidate need to be from either Palestine, Europe, US or Canada.
