Our Edinburgh based Financial Services client is seeking a senior Project Manager to significantly reduce the volume of complaints within the group. Recent experience in the Customer Services & Complaints arena within a Banking environment is essential for this role. You will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills,experience of leading a team and a delivery focused approach to project management.
