Position: Cisco Voice EngineerLocation: Dallas, TX 75230
Duration: 6 month contract
Start Date:
Hours: 40 hrs per week, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Provides support for Cisco Unified Communications suite of programming to include CUCM, CUCCE, CUCCX, CTIOS and all current options as deployed. Plans and implements upgrades with consideration to the current environment. Also reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs that interact with the UC platform.
May require a bachelor's degree. Requires 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
