Contract Manager
Our Client (a leading telecommunication company) is seeking Contract Manager on a rolling 6 months contract in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Must have at least 10+ years experience in a similar role
- Contracts (various: including formal, short form, and annual contracts)-Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution
- Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters
- Responsible for life cycle of projects ie commercials, procurement and delivery for projects
- Ensure contract commitments are delivered within cost targets, contract profit and revenue growth
- Manage escalation process & proposes resolution for Contractual disputes with L&C team
- Ensuring Customer satisfaction of all related Contracts & commercial issues
