Description
Our Client in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a long term SQL resource to join their team. This is a very long-term contract opportunity.
The SQL resource will be responsible for maintaining and designing the SQL Back End for Logistics solutions (schemas, stored procs, ETL, reports, etc.). The resource would also be reviewing the existing SSRS reports and provide recommendations based on possible consolidation of the existing reports, improving performance, etc. Datawarehouse schema(s) need to be designed to provide slice and dice capabilities for reporting. New reports and dashboards need to be created to provide operational versus energy consumption comparisons. The resource must be a self-starter and results-driven.

Experienced with performance tuning (SQL Execution Plans, Partitioning a plus)
