Description
ITIL Service Management Consultant x 2 is required to join one of Dubai's largest programmes. This is a Government backed programme for the Military & Defence sector and is due to run for 10 years.
As Service Management Consultant it will be your responsibility to work with clients to define their service management operating model to meet their business objectives. You will be expected to work in client environments alone or as part of a team. This will involve leading client workshops to define the changes required to their service management and IT governance structures and managing the implementation of organisational change, service management and associated IT governance processes, KPIs, and supporting the implementation new service management tools.
NB: This is an excellent opportunity to join a greenfield programme and make a real impact quickly - Arab speaking and local resource is highly desired.
