Description
Electrical Design Compliance/Verification Engineer
Location: Dorset
Rate: £29 per hour
Duration: 3-6 months with potential to extend
Design verification/validation in accordance with the appropriate specifications:
a. Compliancy Matrix/Verification Cross Reference Index
b. EN60950 Safety Reviews
c. EMC Qualification
d. CE Marking
e. Environmental Qualification (eg temperature, vibration, shock, noise, drip)
f. Test Plans and Procedures
g. Material Reports
h. MTBF Calculations
3. Support to existing products:
a. Production support
b. Test Department support
c. Obsolescence management
d. Occasional visits to customer sites to investigate/resolve issues on installed equipment
The successful candidate must be eligible and willing to undergo a Security Clearence process unless having a valid security clearance already.
