Description
An exciting opportunity is currently available in Brussels, Belgium for an English speaking Senior User Assistant. This position is located in the Public Sector through an IT Service Provider.
Tasks:
- Provide assistance to end users
- Incident analysis and resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution: preliminary diagnosis of problems, co-ordination with the client's internal technical department
- Recording & tracking incident/problem information in the SMT
- Manage, monitor, and edit the streaming service
- Documentation for end users/support staff
- Run technical, functional, and integration tests
Specific requirements:
- Experience with Windows 7/XP environment
- Knowledge of SMT
- Knowledge of the following advantageous:
- ITIL
- Streaming technologies
Language requirements:
- Good English (oral/written)
- Good French (oral/written) preferable
This position is offered as a freelance contract initially for around six months, extensions then likely.
