Web Designer - CSS, HTML5, XHTML required by Michael Rothstein Ltd (IT Recruitment Specialists).
Our Leading Dublin based client is currently looking for an experienced Web Designer to support the build of a new global system that will be used to capture information centrally for reporting. The successful Web Designer will be involved in all aspects of form design, navigation, and management of CSS, wireframes, and sample mock-ups in Photoshop or other preferred graphics editing packages. The designer will work very closely with both the development team and the end customer to get a design and layout that is of a very high standard and in line with company standards.
To be suitable for this Web Designer contract you must have experience with the following:
- Development of web forms and components
- Design and development of web pages, graphics, GUIs, and navigation frameworks
- Storyboarding and graphic pre-designs, sketches wireframes where appropriate
- Photoshop or other graphic editing tool
- CSS2, CSS3, XHTML and HTML5 coding
- Must have strong design sensibilities and creativity
- Ability to work with developers in improvement of screens within the limitation of CSS (application framework has restricted web Front End)
- Skills will be assessed based on the candidates portfolio
