Description

Our client requires a number of case handlers to support a programme involving processing a large number of customer complaints. The case handlers will be responsible for either the review and decision making stage or the calculation and redress stage. Case handlers will be required to achieve set targets within their team as well as delivering high level customer service.

Candidates must have experience of handling complaints within a regulated environment. You will have experience of the review and decision making process and the calculations and redress process. The ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and will be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage time and handle large workloads effectively is essential.

Candidates MUST be available to attend an assessment centre within two weeks of application with a view to starting the position within two weeks of that date.
