Description
Contract Service Design Lead required by a leading financial services client based in the City of London on an initial 6 month contract paying £600 - £650 per day.
The Service Design Lead will:
- Have good experience with formally defining infrastructure services and best practice design.
- Apply structured/formal approaches and understand Service Oriented Architectures.
- Have been part of a team that has conducted major outsourcing of infrastructure services.
- Be sufficiently technical to work with the Engineering team to imbed specifications in the service design.
- Have ITIL exposure with respect to imbedding and optimising service operations in the service definition.
- Be able to operate in a leadership position for service design and associated work programmes.
- Be able to communicate across the enterprise from directors to developers.
