Service Support Engineer - Desk Support Engineer - L2 and L3

Software Engineer to provide L2 and L3 desk top support in Krakow Poland.

Long term contract on offer 3 years +. We need Software Engineer to support the Engg tools (S/W, HW, ECAD, MCAD) The client has at least 150 SW tools, user are base in Europe, US and Asia.

The support is being executed from Krakow -. Request for engineer who will be able to support from Krakow location.

Skills:
Good fundamentals in Software Engineering tools. Good Analytical skills on incidents/problem/RCA. Good knowledge of ITIL, tracking of SLA's Come out with ideas to suggest new automation techniques. L and L2 application support for the software tools mentioned below. Klocwork, Black duck, Telelogic, E-Cloud. Experience in any of the following languages, Scripting: C, C++, PERL, Java, Python, Tcl/Tk

IT skills (in details with required levels):
C/C++- E0¾ BMC Remedy -E2¾ TCL/TCK SCRIPTING LAGUAGE - E2¾ ITIL- Klocwork, Black duck, Telelogic, E-Cloud -E1 Minimum of 2+ years of experience in L1/L2 helpdesk support for software engg tools.

Experiecne with Telecommunication indutry needed.
