Marketing and Customer Insight Consultant - Financial Services - Birmingham
A Marketing and Customer Insight consultant is required to work with a leading Financial Services company, to implement operational and strategic change across the business.
The Financial Services client is currently migrating a policy Legacy Mainframe, and are looking to create a single customer view. Having implemented their CRM they require a consultant with the experience to assess the business, recommend and implement changes to the operational structure, as well as set the strategic vision.
This is a hybrid role between a customer insight specialist and someone experienced in effecting operational change.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a 12 month role.
