The contract is with a consultancy in Brussels to be on an assignment at a large European site in Stockholm as follows:- The purpose of the requested consultancy will be to: - implement and customize the chosen tool (FAST search engine) in SharePoint 2010 environment, crawling in Legacy systems mostly implemented as SharePoint 2010, MOSS 2007, .NET and MS SQL applications; - implement a selected set of SharePoint 2010 enterprise content management services; - use Legacy and upcoming services for interoperability as Terminology Services, Digital Object Identifier Service, Managed Metadata Service, Identity Management System etc. - test and document applications and systems.

Ideally candidates will have skills as follows: University degree with minimum 4 years experience in IT or non-university degree with minimum 6 years experience in IT; Minimum 3 years of development experience including tasks described in task and deliverables section above; MOSS 2007 and 2010 expertise (SharePoint object model, site definition, custom lists, field types, event receivers, custom actions, web parts, content types, site columns, CAML, master pages, workflows, user profile and audience targeting, security roles definition, managing configurations, Business Data Catalogue, extending SharePoint web services, Unified Logging System, solution packaging); Experience in setting up ECM services in MOSS 2010

  • Experience in configuration of out-of-the box functionalities available in MOSS 2010
  • Experience in developing custom fields and web parts
  • Experience in deploying solutions in different environments (dev, test, prod)
  • Experience working with and customising Managed Metadata Services, advantage if using external data sources
  • Experience working with TFS
  • FAST Search expertise
  • .NET expertise o Experience with .NET Framework 3.5/4
  • Experience developing and using SOAP web services
  • SQL expertise: Experience in modelling and development of databases in SQL2005/SQL2008
  • Semantic Web standards o Knowledge of XML and RDF
  • Familiarity with using standards in knowledge representation (OWL, DCMI, SPARQL and SKOS would be advantageous)
  • Experience in migration/upgrade projects from MOSS2007 to MOSS2010, including data migration
  • Knowledge and experience of system documentation, namely in UML.
  • Experience in public health.
