Responsibilities:
Are you a Genesys expert with excellent administration and design experience? Our client urgently requires and Genesys expert with equal experience in administration and design. You will be based on the customer site and will provide feedback and input to all Genesys solutions as well as completing all Genesys administration. You will need to have a good understanding of integrating telephony technologies including Avaya and Nortel and will have strong experience with Verint call recording.
