A great opportunity working on a global HR transformation initiative in a leading global bank. This is involving the global design and implementation of new processes, systems, organisational design and service delivery model across the bank.

The business require strong MI Business Analysts to work within the HR Management Information and Analytics work stream. This stream is accountable for the global process design and restructure of the HR Management Information function within the organisation.

The Business Analyst will be required to investigate and analyse business requirements with the aim of providing improved reporting solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness of delivery.
*Identifying, understanding and documenting requirements
*Managing the interface with key business areas stakeholders throughout the process
*Working with development teams to understand the requirement and deliver the chosen solution
*Liaising with HR MI teams, HR Ops, HR IT and MI Programme Management workstreams.

Required Skills
*Business Analysis role within an MI function (HR is required bur a 'nice to have')
*Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
*Good understand of report and analytics development
*Good technical understanding (to liaise with IT teams)
*Strong experience in proactively gathering Management Information business requirements from multiple sources
*Analysis and designing business processes
*Ability to develop model specific data/process paths and interactions
*Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards.
