We are currently looking for a Customer Marketing and Strategy Manager with experience of the UK Credit Card Market, to join our exclusive Banking Client based in Chester.

Role:
The purpose of this role is to identify, develop and execute customer engagement strategies, throughout the customer life cycle, on the Credit Card Portfolios to drive profitable long term retail volume and balance growth.
Key activities for the role holder include:
- Identification and development of strategy change proposals, with robust business case, through PMP
- Leading and influencing stakeholders from across the business to ensure that appropriate strategies are identified, developed and executed
- Reviewing and challenging strategy performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Analysing and interpreting customer and strategy performance intelligence information and feeding back to the wider business
- Meeting with key business contacts to ensure desirable and feasible existing customer strategies are identified and executed
Skills/Experience:
- High level of experience within the UK Credit Card Market and Industry with focus on existing customer treatments and strategies
- Experience of managing and influencing cross functional initiatives
- Commercial understanding of interpreting financials and P&Ls and business case development.
- Experience of leading projects or execution of change
- High level of analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
