Description
We are seeking a SAP CRM 7.0 Functional consultant for Utilities in Brussels.
For this role you should have at least 3 - 5 Years of SAP CRM functional experience and 1 year at least with CRM 7.0, and be fluent in both French & Dutch.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Solving Production issues in the required time frames.
Development activities, ie analyze the new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities (small and medium size projects)
Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenario's
Document all aspects of the system (eg process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenarios, etc.) according to the client's internal procedures and validation requirements and ensure adherence to the client's standards.
Experience Required;
At least 3- 5 years of experience of deploying and supporting SAP CRM solution for utilities including at least 1 -2 end-to-end full life cycle implementation/activities.
Experienced in End to End Implementations, Rollouts, Custom/Product Development, Enhancements, Testing, Production support/User Issues, Documentation and End User Training.
