Our client is a large, market leading financial services organisation who are embarking on a period of change and evolution. The purpose of the communications manager in this project is to deliver components of the Branch Activity Migration to Online channels. Targeting specific customers who currently use the branch and migrating their activity to online channels.
- The role will support project and business stakeholders in the creation and delivery of content for a high-profile digital transformation programme. This transformation will be delivered across a range of platforms.
- Interpreting technical documentation.
- Writing with technical discipline (eg, adhering to technical documentation)
- Writing creatively: eg, reproducing different tones of voice - dependent on brand - within the constraints of technical parameters.
- Liaising with the content management system team in order to resolve content load issues and queries
- Estimating time to complete content load tasks
