Datawarehouse Infosphere Consultant required for Daily Rate Contract, Dublin
This company is a global Financial Services company with large centralised operations in Dublin.
They are currently looking for an experienced Infosphere Datawarehouse Consultant (6 month daily rate contract)
You will play a key role in the implementation of data extract, transformation and load tools and techniques.
You will design, develop and test ETL modules to meet specified requirements. You will also be heavily involved in ensuring data quality integration within the ETL workflow to enable data quality metrics to be reported to management level.
Other responsibilities:
- Design & develop a Datawarehouse solution and ETL framework for data synchronization, data archiving and subsequent management.
- You will be involved in database/repository and systems design
- Programming/software development using the Infosphere suite of products, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and management.
- Development of internal and external formula models to comply with EU Solvency II
- Analysis of Data quality and information management including metadata management/business glossary
- Unit Testing
You will have:
- At least 5-6 years in Data Warehousing/ETL development in large company environments, of which 2-3 years is working with IBM's Infosphere suite of products:
- IBM Infosphere Information Server Datastage/QualityStage(8.1/8.5), Fasttrack (8.1/8.5), Metadata Workbench and Information Analyzer (8.1/8.5)
