Senior Business Analyst - Credit Cards - Change Management - Migration

As part of an overall programme to make this Retail Banking group leaner and more efficient this role includes everything from products to processes and systems to structure.  The credit cards simplification programme will complete the integration work for the credit cards business.

The successful candidate will work within the testing team within the role of a Data Management Lead.

Responsibilities will include:

  • To define, build and implement  a process for managing all requests for test data across the programme
  • Lead a team of 2-3 data analysts working with onshore and offshore technical teams
  • Coordinate and service data requests for business and IT test teams
  • Identify and engage appropriate teams to support the data management process
  • Ensure the integrity of test data is maintained across the programme and that there are no conflicts in usage amongst the various teams
  • Ensure that all test phases treat test data in accordance with the principles of the DPA, PCI and other regulatory requirements
  • Ensure no duplication of test data

Core Skills required:

  • Experience of Credit Card Business and migrations
  • A sound knowledge of  the test phases, methodology and a strong understanding of environments and data synchronisation across multiple platforms
