A major global Bank is urgently looking for a Front Office Internal Controls Manager. The Front Office Internal Controls Manager will join a small specialist team tasked with managing, evaluating and testing internal and financial controls for a Front Office focused team.
The successful candidate MUST demonstrate the following experience -
* Investment banking/wholesale/capital markets experience - an understanding of the Front Office/Sales/Trading operations is essential for this role
* Candidates must understand the full trade life cycle; ie Deal capture, Settlements, Risk and the associated internal controls for each stage of the cycle.
* Exposure to working with traders is key - the successful candidate must be able to show previous experience of working with the Front Office and traders to improve controls
* Previous experience of testing the effectiveness of Controls/imbedding a Control framework
* Background in Internal Audit/Product Control/Operational Risk is essential.
Candidates should only apply if they have demonstrable experience in Audit, Product Control and or Operational risk, and have proven Front Office experience.
