Moscow based, Russian Senior Project/Programme Manager, $ usd per day, Long term contract. MUST SPEAK RUSSIAN.
The NP Group have been instructed to source a IP Telecoms Senior Project/Programme Manager who has extensive experience managing the delivery of time critical telecommunications based project, especially on Cisco equipment. My client is a global IP telecoms Consultancy, Services and engineering firm, with a well known reputation for delivering excellence.
The ideal candidate will have come from a technical background in the Cisco work, having reached Cisco CCNA, CCNP or even CCIE status, and has progressed into a Project then Programme Manager. You will handle multiple projects in multiple client bases; have excellent commercial sense with a goal for overall success of each project, stakeholder management and relationship building. May have come from a consultancy, ISP with an MPLS background, Managed Services, Silver or Gold partner.
You should have led the project or programme managed the deployment and services of Enterprise, ISP or large commercial network based implementations. Prince 2, PMP, ITIL qualifications are desired. MUST Be fluent in Russian and English. Either located in Moscow or willing to relocate to Moscow.
