Collections and Recoveries Operations Manager for a retail financial services organisation, concentrating on retail banking loans, cards and mortgages collections and recoveries.
Your background will be in retail financial services Risk Operations/Collections and Recoveries, managing a Collections business unit, concentrating on Cards, Loans (secured or unsecured), or residential Mortgages. You will have managed teams of collections and recoveries staff, via their Team Managers, ensuring that the performance of the business unit is above industry norms. This will be achieved through: absence management, incentive planning, KPIs, resource planning, quality and compliance. This will be based in the Midlands and will be for an initial 6 months.
