Contract Rate: $37 per Hour W2
Hours:
Varied, resources have to be available 7 days a week, holidays, evenings, day shift, etc. Shifts will be rotating as well
Experience Requirements:
2-5 years experience in training systems, health care experience preferred

Educational Requirements: BA preferred or equivalent experience
Medical Facility? Yes.
Resources will be going to different pharmacies to train pharmacy staff on the new system. Extensive travel. Must be able to travel throughout CA and outside of CA. Initially, resources will be going though train the trainer in either Northern California Livermore facility or Southern California Downey facility. Once trained and the system is rolled out, resources will be travelling throughout California and possibly nationally. Travel will require air travel, and by car. Auto travel will be with the resources own transportation. Reimbursement will be provided.
Position Description:
Trains all pharmacy personnel on operations of pharmacy computer systems and provides post go-live support. Conducts repetitive Instructor led training modules. Also trains on customer service skills as it pertains to this project. Recommend improvements in training to Training leads. Implements any approved changes. Must be experienced in MS Office products.
Experience Level: 2-5 Years recent stand up systems training.
Skill Set:
Strong oral and written communication, excellent group presentation, training and interpersonal skills. Ability to cohesively work with all levels of staff and management.
There will be a total of 6 full time Trainers and 2 part time Trainers. The part timers must be willing to work up to full time hours and provide vacation relief. This project is estimated to be completed by October 2013.
