A Customer Insight Consultant is required to work with a leading Financial Services company, to implement operational and strategic change across the business.
The successful candidate must possess:
Experience of creating a single customer view
Experience of assessing, recommending and implementing changes to the operational structure
Experience of setting a strategic vision
