Description
The Copy Writer will be working on a PPI Programme:
*Analysis of all PPI letters across the business, to determine drivers of complaints, problem areas for customers and case handlers and potential duplication of information. Therefore conducting a quality audit, using a customer lens
*Rationalisation of PPI letters
*Quality assure PPI customer correspondence to ensure communications are customer focused and on brand whilst meeting compliance and legal regulations and being technically correct
*Managing sign off from relevant senior stakeholders
General Skills Include:
*Content generation/copy writing skills
*Ability to take complex information and simplify
*Ability to deal with several projects at one time
*Extensive stakeholder management
