Infrastructure Project Manager, fluent French - Asset Management
Job descriptionMy client, a prestigious financial institution in the Asset Management industry is looking for an experienced Project Manager for the delivery of different projects in technologies such as Datastage, WTX and WAS.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the day to day running and implementation of these various projects. He/she will be accountable for successful planning and execution of projects within the IT Apps Projects team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Check hardware and software needs for the upcoming migration projects and make sure that the environments are ready on time.
- Follow-up on projects across the group.
- Manage the technology migrations on time with outstanding quality.
- Project planning, reporting and budget follow-up.
- Work with different stakeholders to manage projects through complete development life cycle.
Required Experience/Skills:
Language Capability
- Fluency in French and English are mandatory, Dutch is an asset.
- Experience IT Project Manager: +2 years
- Knowledge and experience in technical environment: +2 years
- Being a positive factor of change.
- Experience from multi-cultural environments.
- Functional, hands-on Project Management gained within Investment Banking area.
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects.
- Good knowledge of project management approaches. Excellent communication skills with both IT and business.
- Prefers to work in a collaboratively and co-operatively environment with others across the international network and Matrix organisation.
- Result oriented: sets high standards, has high analytical skills and delivers accordingly, and takes actions to ensure that others do the same.
- Languages: fluent in English and French, Dutch is an asset.
