Pay rate is Euros per day

We are a dynamic Division responsible for providing advice on compliance & ethics issues.
As Compliance Project Coordinator, you will be responsible to enhance the AML framework across the ESES entities.
Responsibilities:
- Clarify with Legal and the Business what needs to be done as regards to issuers to ensure compliance with legal requirements, making sure processes are updated;
- Define the process to deal with embargoes/sanctions within the ESES entities (based on what exists);
- Clearly document the analysis of the AML risks within the ESES entities, service per service, department per department.
- You will work in conjunction with the Local Compliance Officer and the lead for AML in Brussels.
Technical skills:
- Proven relevant, expert experience in AML
- Relevant experience as member of a Compliance department
- Detail oriented but also able to step back and see the big picture
- Able to quickly build and maintain relationships with other internal parties
- Able to demonstrate project management skills, Personal skills:
- Willing to travel to other entities of the group
- Available quickly -
- A team player with sense of initiative
- Assertive and result-oriented,
- Proactive, pragmatic and risk aware
- Fluent in French and strong English reading and writing skills
- Autonomous, proactive, good communication skills and result-oriented, working with tight deadlines.
This is a 3 month contract to begin with which is likely to be extended to 6 months.
