German Applications Analyst, Dublin city centre, contract 12 months with view to longer term

rate: 15 Euro per hour
One of our Progressive Global IT Clients are expending and looking for the German Support Analysts for their support division based in Dublin city centre.
You will provide helpdesk support assisting with hardware and software problems via phone, email or fax. You will be responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer service.
Your main responsibility will be to log all calls on the call logging system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
Main Requirements:
-Fluent German speaker
-Fluent English speaker
-Experienced in helpdesk support
-Nice to have Microsoft Certificated System Engineer (MCSE)
