We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Reporting Manager to join our exclusive Finance Services Client based in Central London.
Job Title: Senior Finance Reporting Manager
Start: ASAP
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Central London
Role:
(Target Operating Model Support, Pillar 3, Solvency II)
To determine efficient processes to prepare, review and finalise QRT and other Solvency II reporting requirements, well integrated with existing reporting processes.
*Facilitate workshops involving BU and Group representatives to identify appropriate processes
*Understand existing processes by speaking with BAU process owners in BUs and centrally
*Understand reporting requirements under future Solvency II regime
*Perform analysis of where processes need to be enhanced or amended
*Draft documents proposing future reporting processes achieving
Skills/Experience:
*Familiarity with financial reporting processes - strong experience required
*Analytical capability
*Experience of working in a large international group organisation - ideally both in BU and in group centre functions
*Strong influencing skills and ability to achieve alignment
*Life insurance experience
*Solvency experience is desirable
