SAP CRM CIC Consultant - English Speaking - Brussels, Belgium.
My client in Brussels, Belgium, is looking for an SAP CRM Consultant.
Knowledge
* Minimum 4 years experience in gathering and analysing requirements for SAP CRM applications.
* Experience with SAP CRM 5.0 Customer Interaction Center (Mainly Account Management & Activity Management) and Organisational Management
* Experience with modelling Front End processes.
Mission
* Collection, integration, and critical analysis of data key to the business cases, proposed projects and system requirements.
* Consult with business decision makers, system owners and end users in order to define business requirements and prioritise requirements.
* Delivery of documents in which the functional analysis for improvements to the business and operational processes are described in order for technical analysts and developers to build according to current standards.
* Assist in writing test scenarios in order to enable the appropriate tests to be performed.
* Support the users in performing user acceptance testing
* Documenting the new functionality in an understandable and clear manner in order to enable colleagues to understand these new functionalities.
* Functioning in a structured project environment
English Speaking Assignment.
Start: 3rd September 2012.
4 Month+ Contract.
Location: Brussels, Belgium (with some travel to Hasselt, Belgium).
