Systems Administrator - £27, month Fixed Term
Learning Management System
My client is a leading financial services organisation, they are looking for a Systems Administrator to maintain and administer the Learning Management System and provide a line of support for users of the system, to ensure that the system is continually running smoothly for day to day operation. The successful Systems Administrator will also provide a line of communication between the company and the external provider of the system.
I am ideally looking for candidates who have experience of Learning Management Systems.
The Role:
* Creation of documentation for both business and support processes.
* Manage day to day support activities of the application.
* Key point of contact:
o 2nd line support
o Liaison between 3rd Party and the business.
* Managing new releases - communications of availability, contents, handling impacts for other IT areas.
* Configuration and Management of Learning Groups, Workgroups, System Configuration and of User accounts within the system (including pre-joiner set up).
* Determining protocols across business for new processes as they are developed.
* Testing of new releases of the software to ensure it is suitable to enter further testing.
* Management of change requests and defects.
* To manage and respond to system alerts.
* Report configuration and creation.
* Ongoing budget management surrounding the system.
* Be a subject matter expert for any queries regarding the system.
* Distribution of tests and management of Question Bank Manager.
