Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer
Duration: 3 months, ongoing
Location: North Yorkshire
Rate: £20-£25 p/h
A leading name in Storage Solutions for the Oil & Gas Industry requires an Electrical Design Engineer on a 3 Month on-going contract basis, to be based in North Yorkshire.
You will join the existing Electrical Design team in successfully delivering projects for clients across the UK, taking customer specifications and completing design, detailing and calculation tasks. You will also be responsible to liaise with the Draughting team to ensure project deadlines are met consistently.
All applicants must have a strong Electrical Engineering background and be proficient in AutoCAD, as they will be required to produce Electrical diagrams and schematics relating to the bespoke Storage Solutions and Modular Building being produced. Experience with the use of Amtech to complete cable schedules is also highly desirable, especially if you have had previous exposure to ATEX directives or designing systems for hazardous areas.
