Service Management Lead

Service Management Lead is required to join a leading Global Insurance firm in the City. The Service Management Lead will be responsible for defining and implementing the Service Management framework that will be supporting a new Finance Organisation

It is imperative you have a proven track record of delivery in this role and have worked on large scale, complex and business-wide transformations previously.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Holds overall ownership and design of the Service Management and works alongside a Transition Manager to o define and implement Service Management framework in each release
  • Defines, confirms, and documents the services the new Finance organization will deliver/perform.
  • Makes sure appropriate processes and lines of communication exist between the new Finance organization teams and the Service Management team to manage services delivery performance and provide the mechanisms for feedback and responsiveness.
  • Identifies and implements Service Management reporting requirements, the Service Model & Service Catalogue.
  • Working closely with Offshore teams
  • Developing and implementing SLAs and defining governance structures

This is part of an organisation-wide transformation that is taking place and will play a key part in the overall success of the transformation. You must have an excellent track record of delivery in the above.
