A very well known and respected Company is looking for an Organisational Development Consultant for a 13 month contract based in Southampton. It will be an early to mid September start.
This Company has Public and Private Sector Clients and by name adds calibre to any CV.
Key responsibilities for the Organisational Development Consultant will be to lead the planning and delivery of individual, team and functional development and to continue to develop and deliver the leadership programme within the business.
Essential skills and experience:
-Experience of developing and delivering leadership
-Developing and Delivering employee engagement strategies
-Proven success in diagnosing, developing and delivering capability record in quickly
-Ability to gain a good understanding of the business environment that you will be within.
£46k Fixed Term Contract.
